Growing up immersed in music, art, dance, and the vibrant spirit of rave culture, Lucy developed a style full of movement, nostalgia and joy, a celebration of life and the places she loves.

All of her pieces are hand-drawn and locally printed, from prints and cards to magnets and tea towels, bringing a playful, colourful take on the local landscape and landmarks. It’s this uplifting style that has made her a firm favourite at Heart Gallery.

Beyond her studio, Lucy is a real force in the Hebden Bridge arts community. She helps run a local art collective, which exhibits regularly at the Town Hall, giving fellow creatives a platform to showcase their work and connect with the public.

And when she’s not creating or curating exhibitions, Lucy is a busy mum of three and an active volunteer at the local scout group.

Her warmth, humour and energy shine through both in her artwork and her everyday life, making her a joy to know and a wonderful part of Hebden’s creative scene.
