Inspired by the incredible changing Autumn colours of the aspen and birch forests of the Cairngorms and Scottish Highlands. This design was originally produced by Ruth for Ernest Journal to illustrate an article written by Nick Hunt about the mythical history of the wild Cairngorm reindeer herd. Roam Free illustrated art print forms part of Ruth’s Golden Forest collection of 6 A4 prints.

Created digitally with a mix of Ruth’s hand-drawn elements and photographic textures.

Print size: printed on A4 (210mm x 297mm) with 15mm white border as shown
